recent mail days.
I won't go into too much detail since there isn't much traffic here anymore. IN the last week or two I've gotten some cards from a couple of group
breaks, one of them was a break of 5 boxes of 2009 Classics.
From Ebay I got a card to complete a hard to find set. The final card I needed to complete my 1975 Wonder Bread All-Stars set card #1 Alan Page. It's
not in the best condition as it is yellowed from being in contact with the bread.
Even though I now have the complete set there are about 6 cards I need to upgrade to better condition cards:
1 Alan Page - bread stains. Want to find one without stains.
10 Terry Owens - misscut, has light blue stripe at top, probably where the card was supposed to be cut
11 Drew Pearson - Top has some smudging wearing/marking
15 Chuck Foreman - Could use an upgrade, my copy has some dinged corners and a little wear.
17 Franco Harris - White areas are very yellow due to card having actually been in a bread bag with the bread.. One of my original two cards I had
gotten back in the day in '75 actually from the product.
21 Ted Hendricks - Ditto with bread stains and being from original product pull.

the Alan Page. What does it look like is it Red or Blue and does it have a star near the name/position?

The Alan Page is Red, and yes it has a yellow star by his name, all the cards in this set have a yellow star by the players name as it is a set of
"All-Stars". It seems that the Defensive Players are the Reds and the Offensive Players are in blue.

Got some 1974 Topps the other day. 25 from a sportlots.com auction. they are mostly just common cards but I like this set.
Anyway here are a few (this is attempt #2 it looks like there is a limit to only one pic per post so this will take some space)
